How to naturally recover from depression

qeyeMany people struggle with symptoms of depression. Eventually they may even visit a Psychiatrist for more solutions.

Just to be clear, I don’t personally agree with “taking oneself off medications” because of the withdrawl symptoms. However, I do know that micronutrients can be safely implemented while tapering off the medications. This should always be done under medical supervision.
